GGR AX #1, Alameda

Were you there?  It was awesome!  The weather was perfect, we got in 8 runs and things seemed to run pretty smoothly, especially for the first one of the year.  Lots of good looking cars and i think I heard 20+ first timers.  That is just great–it is so much fun to see people out at an AX enjoying what their car can do when not in bumper to bumper bay area traffic.

We gave out key chains, did you get one?  If not, come to the next Porsche & Pastries and hit me up, I have a few left.

Let’s see, what else… a big thank you to the taco truck for stopping when we flagged them down for one more burrito.  They seem to understand we don’t want hangry drivers out there!

From my results, please don’t look, it appears that I am overdue for an alignment, and maybe replace my 8 year old tires.  Not sure I’ll be at the next AX in Marina but expect me in May!
